1.1. Sesión30 protects the privacy of people who use our website, bookings, and mobile app.
1.2. We treat data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, booking details, and content you choose to send to specific app features) as confidential.
1.3. We use data to provide the service: schedule and run sessions, manage your app account, deliver purchased content, apply Premium benefits, and operate wellbeing features (KI, Luna, journal, sleep) as described here.
1.4. We do not sell personal data for advertising. We share information only with service providers (hosting, payments, video, AI processing) under contract and for the stated purposes, unless required by law.
1.5. You may request access, correction, or deletion at contacto@sesion30.cl, under applicable Chilean privacy law (Law 19.628).
2.1. Sesión30 connects people with licensed psychologists and psychiatrists and offers wellbeing tools in the app (meditations, guides, chat with KI and Luna, mood and sleep tracking).
2.2. Isapre/Fonasa refunds: Sesión30 services are not reimbursable through Chilean health insurers; they are online psychological support, not medical benefits with valid insurer codes.
2.3. Clinicians act with their own professional judgment. Sesión30 does not provide medical care or replace in-person mental health treatment.
2.4. In emergency or life-threatening situations, do not rely on the app alone. In Chile you can call 600 360 7777, *4141 (free from mobile), or local emergency services.
2.5. By booking or creating an account, you accept this policy and usage terms on sesion30.cl.
3.1. Each professional is responsible for their practice.
3.2. Sesión30 provides scheduling and technology, not therapeutic outcomes.
3.3. We verify identity and credentials but do not replace official registries.
4.1. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
4.2. Sesión30 is not liable for misuse or inaccurate data provided by users or professionals.
4.3. Data controller: BLACK SPA (Sesión30), Apoquindo 6410, Of. 605, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. Contact: contacto@sesion30.cl
5.1. Access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition under Chilean law.
5.2. Requests to contacto@sesion30.cl with your account email.
5.3. Target response time: 10 business days.
6.1. We may update this policy; the date at the top is the current version.
6.2. Continued use after material changes means you have read the published version.
7.1. Google Calendar API is used for professionals to sync booked sessions.
7.2. Permissions: view, create, edit, and delete events only on calendars authorized via OAuth.
7.3. We do not use Google data for advertising or sale to third parties.
7.4. Measures: HTTPS, restricted access, no permanent storage of Google credentials, compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.
7.5. You can revoke access from your Google account.
7.6. Delete app account: Account → Delete my account (while signed in) or email contacto@sesion30.cl from your registered address. We delete the account, push tokens, and app data tied to that email on our systems. We do not delete clinical records, booking history, or data we must keep by law (e.g. Chilean clinical record rules, Fonasa, telehealth audit).
8.1. KI is Sesión30’s wellbeing companion. Luna is the parenting companion. Both use artificial intelligence.
8.2. They do not diagnose, prescribe, provide therapy, or replace a mental health professional. Answers may be wrong.
8.3. Health, booking, and purchase decisions are yours. Valid prices and benefits are those shown in the app at checkout.
8.4. What you send: text messages, limited conversation context, preferences you set, and country/region for emergency helplines. Optional voice dictation is converted to text on the device before sending.
8.5. What we do: we process messages on our servers to reply, enforce usage limits (free or Premium), and run safety measures (section 11). We use a language-model provider (e.g. OpenAI) as a processor to generate replies. We do not sell your chats for third-party advertising.
8.6. Chats are stored mainly on your phone. Sign-out or account deletion clears local data as described in the app; server data linked to your email is deleted or anonymized per section 7.6.
8.7. In crisis, risk of harm, violence, or child safety situations, the app may show help messages and emergency numbers instead of a normal chat.
9.1. Journal entries (mood, areas, notes) are stored on your device by default.
9.2. If you request a KI summary (week or month), the app sends only the text and data for the period you choose. We do not permanently store your full journal on our servers; we generate a summary and return it; free/Premium usage is logged by email.
9.3. If sensitive content is detected, we may return a help message instead of an automatic summary.
9.4. You can export a PDF from the app; you control that file.
10.1. You can log sleep manually or use assisted tracking (with permissions): Apple Health, phone steps, “I’m going to sleep” / “I woke up”, and on iPhone optionally “Listen to my night” with the microphone.
10.2. Audio: the app does not record or upload bedroom audio. If enabled, the microphone is used only on-device to derive aggregated numbers and times stored on the phone.
10.3. If you request KI sleep analysis, we send a numeric summary (hours, score, factors you marked, steps or health data you allowed, sound counts without audio). No free-text notes or audio.
10.4. Raw sleep data stays on your device except for each analysis you explicitly request.
11.1. Before replying, we apply automated rules and, when needed, moderation or safety classification on what you write (including recent messages you send for that purpose).
11.2. After replying, we filter model output to reduce crisis content, violence, disallowed clinical diagnosis, or improper references.
11.3. We log safety events (event type and date, linked to your email while the account exists) without storing full message text for bulk auditing.
11.4. These measures apply to KI, Luna, journal summaries, and sleep analysis using the same safety stack.
11.5. No system is perfect; if you are in danger, contact human help and emergency services.
12.1. Notifications: booking, journal, or sleep reminders if you enable them; you can turn them off in system settings.
12.2. Face ID / biometrics: on-device only to unlock the app; we do not send your face or fingerprint to our servers.
12.3. Device identifier: used for guide downloads, technical limits, and, if you agree on iOS, ads and measurement (Meta and app stores) under their policies. On iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency before using the identifier for those purposes.
12.4. Payments: in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we do not store full card numbers.
12.5. HTTPS between the app and Sesión30 servers.
Psychological emergency in Chile: 600 360 7777 or *4141 (free from mobile).
